Summary:

Bring you Gaming Industry or related work experience in GPUs, to lead the charge in delivering next-generation gaming innovations across Mobile, PC, XR, Console platforms.

We’re looking for a creative and outgoing leader with deep expertise in GPU hardware, gaming ecosystems, and system-level development to drive the evolution of Snapdragon’s industry-leading gaming platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with world-class engineers, game developers, and ecosystem partners to define and deliver groundbreaking technologies that elevate gaming to new heights.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the Vision:
    Own the end-to-end Game Developer Technologies product strategy and development lifecycle for next-gen gaming technologies—from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Drive Innovation:
    Spearhead advanced gaming features and game engine initiatives, including supporting teams with Game AI and generative AI, ensuring Snapdragon platforms remain at the forefront of immersive gaming.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Act as the central technical product lead for Game Dev Tech, working closely with architecture, hardware, software, and ecosystem teams to align on requirements and execution and go to market plans.
  • Shape the

    Roadmap:

    Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps for Game Developers, coordinating with application processor (AP) product managers to optimize for performance, cost, and user experience.
  • Champion New Technologies:
    Advocate for the adoption of emerging gaming trends and technologies, influencing industry standards and developer engagement.

  • A seasoned technical leader with a strong background in gaming developer technologies, GPU architecture, and system-level product development or strong engineering lead looking to take on an expanded product lead role.
  • Experienced in managing complex product life cycles and cross-functional teams.

  • A strategic thinker who can translate technical capabilities into compelling user experiences.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field. Need strong technical expertise and background in gaming and GPUs if non-engineering degree.
  • 10+ years in Gaming Industry or related work experience in GPUs or Gaming & GPU Technical Developer engagements or Game Engine Development and Game Engine Developer ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert Knowledge of the Gaming Industry, Gaming ecosystem for mobile and PC
  • Expert Knowledge of latest Gaming hardware trends and Gaming Technologies
  • Expert Knowledge of Game Engine development & roadmaps
  • Expert Knowledge of GPU hardware, AP system level architecture and graphics technologies
  • 4+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.
  • 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
  • 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements, contracts, SOWs
  • Many years working in or directly with top Game Studios
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
