Under the general supervision of the AV & Broadcast Manager the Event Presentation Crew will be responsible for operating the control room during all sporting events and other special events. The position will be part‑time, hourly and personnel should be available to work: days and nights, including weekends and holidays.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00.

Snapdragon Stadium is a 35,000‑seat multipurpose venue that serves as the home for San Diego State University football, San Diego Wave FC (NWSL), San Diego FC (MLS), major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events and private special events.

• Provide support for in‑game production by performing tasks necessary to fulfill sponsorship requirement(s), and show/event needs
• Provide daily ideas for new and creative ways to entertain the crowd during live games
• Ability to run multiple positions within the control room
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Skills:

• High School or better in Higher and Adult Education. Required*
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum one year work experience in professional live event production required.
• Willingness to follow established procedures
• Demonstrate ability to function in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to find solutions and solve problems as they arise
• Experience with the following:
  Ross Switchers and equipment, Click Effects Pro Audio and Video Playback, EVS, IPTV, Daktronics etc.
