Eisner Amper is seeking a Tax Staff II to join our Private Client Services (PCS) practice. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in a progressive setting and demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional client services.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Professional Development:
  Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specific expertise.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 1+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

• Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field
• CPA, or parts passed towards completion, OR IRS Enrolled Agent Certification
• Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 78000 and 90000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
