Target Salary: $23.00 - $23.00. Actual starting pay will vary based on location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%.

About This Job:
Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management. Part of a rotational program in Accounting or Finance including treasury processing, general ledger transactions, audit documentation, basic budgeting and finance transactions, tax accounting, and accounts payable transactions. Jr. Staff Accountants will complete four 6‑month rotations over the span of 2 years.

• Create evidence for reporting, record journal entries and reconciliations, and prepare backup for standard and recurring transactions.
• Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and basic analysis for general ledger accounts.
• Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing, and reporting of consolidated financial results. Create process and procedures documents.
• Review expense reports with support in compliance with policies; provide and implement ideas for process and technology enhancements.
