Disclosure/Closing Specialist 3 (Docs and Funding)

Annual Salary Range: $53k - $64k Base Salary plus bonus

Lend Sure Mortgage Corp is looking for a Closing Disclosure Specialist 3 (docs and funding) to work in our San Diego office. To oversee the closing and disbursement of mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and investor requirements.

• Able to prepare loan packages in accordance with State, Federal and Investor lending guidelines.
• Review, balance and approve final CD
• Perform audit as it pertains to the issuance of TRID, HOPA, high costs, HPML and bona fide changes in circumstances
• Review executed loan documents to ensure accuracy and proper execution prior to issuance of funding authorization
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret the closing documents
• Ability to define problems, research for facts and data and draw valid conclusions

• 2 years' experience in closing within the last 5 years
• TRID knowledge
• Ability to respond and communicate effectively with all parties involved with the loan
• Must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Encompass knowledge preferred
• Experience in closing Non-QM loans preferred
