Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Wealth Management Trainee to join our team and embark on a rewarding career in financial planning and investment management. This entry-level position provides a structured training program to help you develop the skills, knowledge, and certifications needed to become a successful Financial Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to gain knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and client management.
  • Assist experienced Financial Advisors in developing and implementing financial plans for clients.
  • Shadow senior team members during client consultations to learn effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
  • Study and prepare for required licensing exams.
  • Learn to identify and analyze clients financial needs and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Gain proficiency in financial tools and software used for portfolio analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing client presentations and maintaining client records.
  • Build foundational knowledge of financial products, services, and compliance requirements.
  • Gradually take on responsibilities for prospecting and establishing relationships with potential clients under supervision.

Qualifications:

  • No Degree Required, but preferred.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in wealth management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

    Eagerness to learn and adapt in a collaborative setting.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a life-long learner.
  • Coachable with a desire to grow.
  • Be able to pass background check.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to complete necessary licensing exams within a specified timeframe.

    Commitment to continued professional development and obtaining industry-recognized certifications. Life License preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
