Job Description
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst II to support our Fair Lending program. This role ensures adherence to federal and state regulations, analyzes mortgage lending data, and partners cross-functionally to mitigate risk and promote equitable lending practices.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate lending practices for compliance with TCPA, RESPA, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, SAFE Act, and HMDA
- Conduct statistical analysis and prepare fair lending reports
- Support the Fair Lending Risk Control program
- Review marketing materials and loan applications for regulatory alignment
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures
- Deliver training and guidance to internal teams
- Participate in audits, examinations, and special projects

- 3+ years in compliance, risk management, or fair lending (FHA, EHOA, State Level Community Reinvestment Acts)
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and digital platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Bachelors Degree
