Job Description Overview Oversee  investment operations for private debt portfolios, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Ensure adherence to portfolio guidelines and policies for loan allocations and transactions.

Manage cash instructions, including subscriptions, redemptions, FX transactions, and liquidity monitoring.

Coordinate transaction execution with external managers, administrators, and custodians.

Lead initiatives to enhance workflows and implement automation solutions.

Provide analytical support during transaction closings, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.

Generate comprehensive reports and oversee daily operations of the debt platform.

Promote collaboration and maintain a positive work environment within the team.

Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Job Requirements Bachelor of Science degree with at least 4 years of professional experience in investment operations.

Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, FX hedging, and capital call processes.

Experience in middle office or investment operations within asset management firms.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of private debt asset class and fund accounting is preferred.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and influence team members effectively.
