Freelance Financial Analyst

One More Time VIP is seeking a Freelance Financial Analyst to work on special projects, financial analytics, fintech initiatives, automation, and recurring financial analysis. This is a senior, project-oriented position with significant autonomy, reporting directly to one of the company owners and the Head of Finance.

The position is fully remote, freelance and is expected to require approximately 20–40 hours per month, with additional hours as needed during quarterly and year-end closing periods.

Hourly billing rate commensurate with skills and experience.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst or equivalent role in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge, including the ability to understand, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and accounting data.
• Net Suite experience, with the ability to extract, analyze, and reconcile financial data.
• Experience building, implementing, or working with AI tools and automation in a finance or business environment.
• Experience with the ReTool platform or similar low-code/no-code development or automation platforms is a plus, but is not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• One-time project:
  Work with third-party ReTool programmers to refine an existing automated cash-flow analysis and reporting tool.
• One-time project:
  Design and implement an automation for handling foreign-currency transactions.
• Ongoing:
  Provide assistance to the head of finance with quarterly and year-end financial close processes.
• Ongoing:
  Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting, financial analysis, and finance processes.
• Special projects:
  Perform additional financial, analytical, and strategic projects as assigned.
