Sales Rep; Part-Time

Do you love connecting with people and sharing beauty tips? Are you passionate about skincare and makeup? We’re looking for dynamic Sales & Education Specialists to represent YSE Beauty in Sephora stores across the U.S.

Founded by Molly Sims, YSE Beauty (pronounced ‘wise’) creates ultra‑edited and clinically effective makeup‑meets‑skincare for busy women looking to get their glow back.

• As Brand Ambassador at Sephora, you will be the face of YSE Beauty
• Deliver fun, engaging training to store teams
• Build authentic client connections to support sales through expert recommendations
• Create compelling content for our social channels
• Support exciting events, activations, and new launches
• Uphold visual merchandising standards to reflect YSE’s premium brand
• Share field insights and client feedback with the YSE Beauty team

We ask that you be located in one of the following regions:

• GA/AL:
  Metro/Greater Atlanta, AL District
• FL:
  Palm Beach, Miami

• 1–2 + years in prestige beauty, skincare education, or sales
• Confidence, approachability & passion for skincare
• Experience with Sephora a plus!
• Organized, motivated, and ready to work independently
• Former or current aestheticians, makeup artists, skin therapists, and facialists highly encouraged to apply

25–30 hours per week

$25–$30 per hour
