Bespoke Hair is looking for an experienced Head Spa Technician to join our growing team.
We're creating more than a shampoo service—we're building a customized wellness experience that combines scalp care, luxurious massage, water therapy, and exceptional guest care.

What You'll Do- Perform customized Head Spa services
- Conduct thorough scalp consultations
- Recommend treatments and home care based on guest needs
- Deliver exceptional scalp massage and relaxation experiences
Maintain a beautiful, organized treatment suite - Build lasting guest relationships through education and hospitality
- Work closely with our salon team to provide an elevated luxury experience
Required
- California Cosmetology License
- 1+ years providing Head Spa or luxury scalp treatment services.
- Excellent scalp massage skills
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Passion for guest care and continued education
- Experience with scalp analysis
- Knowledge of scalp conditions and home care recommendations
- Experience with luxury spa services
- Retail recommendation experience
