The Interim Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, product education, makeup and skincare guidance, and management of counter activities.
Responsibilities- Apply makeup, conduct skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Schedule and execute vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and meet the role's physical requirements.
