Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist | Starting Salary $115K+ Lead with Purpose. Transform Lives. Are you an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) with a passion for leadership and making a difference? Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a dedicated Lead Therapist to supervise and mentor a team of counselors supporting unaccompanied minors in San Diego, CA.

* U.S. Citizens ONLY | ONSITE Role Your Role as a Leader:
* As a Lead Behavioral Health Therapist, you will:
* Supervise & mentor a team of Behavioral Health Counselors, ensuring high-quality mental health support
* Guide & oversee service delivery to meet program goals and compliance standards
* Conduct assessments & interventions for at-risk minors in crisis situations
* Ensure professional development & training for your team
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve mental health strategies and resources
* Advocate for the well-being of children in vulnerable situations Who We Need:
* Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
* Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
* 5+ years post-licensure experience in child development, trauma care, and clinical evaluations
* 2+ years leadership experience managing & mentoring mental health professionals
* Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care & child well-being best practices
