Registered Dietitian - PT - La Jolla

This is a part-time (40 hours every two weeks) position located at our Scripps Memorial campus in La Jolla. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Our Clinical Nutrition team provides medical nutrition therapy and nutrition care to all patients utilizing technical skills in an acute care, skilled nursing, and or outpatient setting. Skills include clinical assessment, screening for nutritional risk, developing, implementing, and monitoring a nutrition care plan, education, and follow up. Provides service to patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. Compliance to Joint Commission Standards, Title XXII, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Demonstrates ability to provide appropriate age specific patient care as established for environment and job title.
