Massage Therapist
Integrated Movement Therapy Institute (IMTI) is seeking a part‑time Massage Therapist to join a collaborative, growth‑oriented team focused on clinical bodywork, pain relief, and performance. We are specifically looking for therapists available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a consistent part‑time schedule. This position, after a successful probationary period, can transition into a full‑time role for the right therapist. Compensation for the part‑time role includes a base salary plus commission, plus tips, along with opportunities for continuing education.
Full‑time positions include a salary base plus commission plus tips, two weeks of paid vacation per year, and a full benefits package (medical, dental, and vision). Candidates must have a minimum of 1–2 years of hands‑on experience and hold an active CAMTC license in good standing. The ideal candidate is highly coachable, a strong team player, and thrives in a structured, integrated care environment.
Primary responsibilities include delivering high‑quality, evidence‑informed sessions in a medical or clinical‑style setting, using a range of modalities such as medical massage, neuromuscular massage, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral techniques, and lymphatic drainage. The therapist will perform thorough intakes and assessments, maintain clear and timely documentation, communicate professionally with clients and team members, and contribute to a positive, accountable clinic culture centered on outcomes and client experience.
Applicants should submit a resume, CAMTC license details, and a brief note about their experience, weekend availability (Fridays–Sundays), and interest in growing into a potential full‑time role. For a skilled massage therapist, IMTI offers the chance to do meaningful, outcome‑driven work on complex cases every day—while being supported by mentorship, a strong team culture, and a steady flow of motivated clients who are truly committed to lasting change.

- Collaborate with the IMTI team and participate in training/continuing education.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensure if required by state and local law.
- Must be excellent at communication and interpersonal relationships.
- Over one year of work experience as a massage therapist.
- Completion of a massage therapy program preferred.
- Experience in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, medical massage, neuromuscular massage, and sports massage is preferred for this role and will be considered a strong asset when reviewing candidates.
