- Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 40 hours per week
- 20 - 25 patients per day with 20 minute appointments
- Clinic setting
- 2 years NP/PA experience required
- Family medicine including chronic disease management
- Adult to geriatric patient population
- Experience with underserved populations preferred
- Hospital privileges required
