As a Surgical Tech you will:

• Ensure OR rooms are ready for surgery; all case‑specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
• Monitor the sterile field throughout the procedure.
• Scrub for cases and anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team.
• Position and transport patients.
• Organize room cleanup and ensure efficient room turnover, including decontaminating equipment as necessary.

• Retention Incentive of $4K and $3K relocation incentive (100+ miles away).

• One (1) year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and ability to multi‑task and work well in a team environment. Detail oriented and able to work well in a fast‑paced, high stress environment.

• 2 years’ experience.
• CST Certification.
• 1 year trauma experience.

FT - FULL‑TIME WITH BENEFITS

Minimum Rate: $34.97
Maximum Rate: $50.69
