Center For Progressive Wellness (CFPW), is committed to positively impacting one client at a time. We are seeking a SUD Group Facilitator for adolescents. The SUD Group Facilitator is responsible for delivering developmentally appropriate substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services to adolescents ages 12–17 in an outpatient setting. This role focuses primarily on facilitating structured treatment groups using evidence-based practices, while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

• Individuals who are currently employed full-time and seeking supplemental income and clinical experience, or
• College-level students pursuing hands‑on experience in adolescent substance use disorder treatment while maintaining AOD registration or certification.

• Must be registered or certified with a recognized and accredited Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) certification entity in the State of California (e.g., RADT, CADC, CATC, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with adolescents and maintain professional documentation standards.
