At our bars we deliver unforgettable moments in the heart of San Diego’s iconic Gaslamp Quarter. As a Server at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, you’ll create a VIP experience for every guest with exceptional service, confidence, and charm.

As a server, you’ll own your section like a pro, delivering signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-touch, timely table service with energy and professionalism. Upsell classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair. Connect with guests while managing high-volume service. Ensure proper s and responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with bartenders and barbacks to keep service flowing.

Requirements

Have 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced, premium venue. Can work a packed venue and still make every guest feel seen. Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends. Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift. Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays.
