If you’re a mixologist with personality and performance skills, this is your moment. As a Bartender at Mary Jane’s, you’re the architect of the moment — crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience.

Behind the bar, you’ll mix precision with showmanship. You’ll own the bar space, deliver signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.

🎤 What You’ll Do

• ✅ Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
• ✅ Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
• ✅ Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
• ✅ Ensure proper s and responsible alcohol service
• ✅ Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing

✨ Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending in a fast‑paced, premium venue
• Can work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen
• Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
• Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift
• Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays
