Recreation Attendant

Associa is currently looking for a Recreation Attendant to join our team in San Diego, CA. The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, the attendant will assist with functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities and surrounding facilities at the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Being responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities.
  • Working very closely with the Lifestyle Director.
  • Being responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment.

Requirements
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent).
