As a Barback at Mary Jane's, you're the driving force behind a smooth, fast-paced bar. You keep our bartenders armed, stocked, and ready to perform — making you an indispensable part of the front-of-house show.

You’ll support bartenders and servers with prep, stocking, and organizing while maintaining a clean, energetic bar environment.

🎤 What You’ll Do

• Restock bar supplies, ice, and glassware with urgency and accuracy
• Keep bar areas clean, sanitized, and presentable
• Support bartenders with prep and breakdown
• Communicate effectively and anticipate needs
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the bar humming

• Have previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting
• Thrive on hustle and behind-the-scenes execution
• Are detail‑oriented, proactive, and a team‑first contributor
• Have great communication skills and physical stamina
• Are available nights, weekends, and holidays

• Work with some of the best bartenders in town
• Build bar knowledge and gain upward mobility
• Energy‑packed venue with strong team camaraderie
