Located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, Hotel Republic is looking for our next great team members to join us on our Culinary team.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast‑paced restaurant and banquet setting.

• At least one year of experience in a culinary position.
• Experience in a hotel and banquets is a plus; ability to obtain a food handler's certification.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Team player who takes pride in providing guests with exceptional quality items to ensure satisfaction.
• Keenness for detail and high quality standards in work.
• Looking for flexibility: willing to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

$26.40 per hour.
