Provides the Human Resources training/education and professional development managers with administrative and clerical support including word‑processing, typing, e‑mailing, filing, data‑entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.

Be self‑motivated with a hunger to grow your career. Computer skills including Microsoft Suite programs such as Outlook, Word, and Teams are required. Working knowledge of Canva would be a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Hourly rate for this position will be $25.00–$27.50.
