SUMMARY: The Spa Manager ( Gerente de Spa ) is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the Spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, a positive team culture, and consistently high standards of service and operational excellence. Working closely with the Spa Director, the Spa Manager serves as a key leader within the department and takes ownership of daily operations, team leadership, guest experience, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate is a positive, even-keeled, solutions-focused leader who takes initiative, follows through, and addresses issues proactively before they become larger concerns.

PAY & PERKS Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 DOE
** Earn $1000 for Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, and $350 for all other roles for each hired referral at any Evans Hotels property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Leads and manages the day-to-day operation of the Spa, maintaining a visible and engaged presence with both guests and team members.

Sets the tone for a positive, professional, collaborative, and accountable team environment, with a people-first approach to leadership that prioritizes team engagement, development, communication, and well-being.

Leads, coaches, develops, and motivates Spa employees while maintaining clear expectations, performance standards, and a culture of accountability.

Oversees scheduling, daily staffing, reservation flow, and operational coverage.

Utilizes spa booking and operational software to effectively manage reservations, scheduling, reporting, and daily operations.

Experience with Book4

Time or similar spa management and booking platforms is strongly preferred.

Ensures consistently exceptional guest service and takes ownership of guest concerns and service recovery.

Anticipates operational needs and proactively addresses staffing, facility, guest, and team concerns.

Maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and facility presentation.

Ensures compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

Maintains knowledge of treatment modalities, wellness trends, products, and industry standards.

Partners with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive guest experience.

Supports Spa activities, programming, special events, and other departmental initiatives.

Monitors operational performance, productivity, inventory, and expenses and supports the financial goals of the Spa.

Partners closely with the Spa Director on departmental priorities, team development, business performance, and longer-term initiatives.
