Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Travel Healthcare Recruiter to connect top-tier healthcare professionals with exciting opportunities across the country. In this role, you’ll take the lead in sourcing, screening, and securing qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey. Collaborating closely with the Account Management Team, you’ll align recruitment strategies with client goals and deliver exceptional service.

• Servicing an existing client base
• Creating and posting job ads in specialized media
• Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists
• Presenting candidate submissions and shortlists to our Account Managers
• Maintaining and growing a candidate lead database

• Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of healthcare roles, specialties, certifications, and licensing requirements is highly desirable.
• Knowledge and management of selection, interview, assessment, and submission process.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in recruitment practices.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
