This opportunity is part of TCWGlobal’s dynamic Global Operations team. You will engage with clients and employees daily, providing essential support across a range of HR, payroll, and administrative functions.

$20.00/hr – $24.00/hr

The Global Support Associate will be a key contributor to our Global Operations team, offering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Data entry and QA for new employees and clients
• Provide daily phone, e‑mail, chat, and in‑person support
• Assist with weekly payroll as requested
• Process Unemployment Claims, Verifications of Employment, and Court Orders
• Maintain E‑Verify case monitoring
• Follow up on employee requests, including new direct deposit and pay‑card setup
• Create and compile reports and audits as needed
• Support additional requests from Global Operations and other departments
• Deliver TCWGlobal‑standard customer service to clients and employees

• Adapt quickly to new systems and processes
• Proactive and able to foresee/solve future problems before they start
• Multi‑task and re‑evaluate priorities throughout the day
• Handle stressful situations as they arise
• Creative problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Accurate data entry skills for database software
• Identify with people and provide solutions that work for their situation
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
• Experience in human resources, payroll, benefits, or client management a plus

This position offers full‑time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
