Help Build the Team Behind an Unforgettable Summer Camp Experience. Every summer, campers arrive at Girl Scouts San Diego's summer camps ready for adventure, fun, friendships, and lifelong memories. Behind the scenes is an incredible team that makes it all happen, and you can help us find them!

We're seeking a Temporary Recruiter to help lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for over 160 seasonal summer camp positions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting great people with meaningful work, this role is for you!

• Execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified seasonal candidates.
• Leverage job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach to maximize candidate reach.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring timelines and process.
• Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS system and manage candidate trackers.
• Extend offers and coordinate background checks and next steps in the hiring process.
• Attend recruitment events, job fairs and support other staffing initiatives.

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume or seasonal recruiting preferred).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel; ATS experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to recruitment events.

• Duration:
  January – May 2026
• Pay range: $21 – $26 per hour (based on experience)
