Recruitment Manager | Connecting Top Healthcare Talent | Driving Client Growth & Exceptional Candidate Experiences

We’re hiring a Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to join our growing staffing division in San Diego, CA. This is an on‑site role for someone who excels in full‑cycle recruiting, candidate relationship management, and client engagement. You’ll play a key role in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities while supporting the continued growth of our staffing division.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys ownership of their desk, values collaboration, and wants to grow within an established organization that’s expanding its staffing operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals
  • Maintain ongoing client communication and outreach, including generating new requisitions and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Utilize our ATS to track applicants and maintain accurate, compliant records (ADAPT experience a plus)
  • Recruit for contract and specialty healthcare roles
  • Ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to meet placement and growth goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in recruiting, sales or HR (agency or in‑house) or similar roles required
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment required
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office required
  • High emotional intelligence and business acumen, with the resilience to navigate challenging situations and an understanding of the natural ebbs and flows of staffing and client demand required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare and/or contract staffing experience preferred
  • Commission:
    Uncapped commission plan
  • 1st‑Year OTE: ~$70,000+
  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
