HRIS ANALYST

The HRIS Analyst should have:

• At least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, including at least one global implementation.
• Expertise in configuring and maintaining business processes, application settings, security, reports, and dashboards in Workday HCM.
• Between 5 to 7 years of HRIS and/or HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR and HRIS industry standards.
• Experience delivering presentations and training to various organizational levels.
• Leadership role in implementing Workday.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases of projects.
• Ability to understand business requirements and ensure Workday configuration aligns accordingly.
• Experience in writing test scenarios, data assignment, and defect reporting.
• Ability to work with implementation partners to resolve issues.
• Skill in analyzing large data sets and ensuring accurate data migration from legacy systems.
