This is more than just a recruitment job - it’s a chance to build and own your market in one of the country’s leading life sciences hubs. You’ll run a full 360 desk, developing lasting client partnerships and placing specialist talent into high-impact roles across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.

You’ll have the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to shape your desk your way - and the support to scale it fast.

• Build your own specialist market within Life Sciences, covering areas like R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical.

• Win new business and grow existing accounts through outstanding delivery and trusted partnerships.

• Source and manage top-tier candidates using tools like Linked In Recruiter and industry-specific platforms.

• Run the full recruitment process - from first brief to offer management and beyond.

• Work closely with the San Diego leadership team to drive the office’s growth strategy.

• Proven 360 recruitment experience and a consistent record of strong billings.

• A confident, credible business developer with a knack for spotting and securing opportunities.

• A genuine interest in the life sciences space
  — experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices is a plus.

• Someone ambitious, proactive, and resilient — ready to build something big in a high-growth business.

• Uncapped commission up to 40%, plus quarterly bonuses, incentives, and biller competitions.
