We’re looking for ambitious Software Engineering Recruiters to join our Tech Bio team in San Diego and carve out a niche in one of the most exciting spaces in life sciences. This is a 360/full-cycle recruiting role with a warm desk, established client base, and plenty of headroom to scale.

Your initial focus will be on connecting top-tier software talent with high-growth start-ups and established biotech leaders – the very businesses redefining the future of healthcare.

• Front End & Back End Engineers
• Platform Developers
• AI / ML / AL Engineers for drug discovery and healthtech platforms
• Product & Data specialists

• Experienced 180 or 360 recruiter, ideally with a track record in tech, software, or adjacent markets
• Commercially driven with the energy and resilience to thrive in a scaling division
• A genuine passion for technology, biotech, and healthcare innovation
• Background recruiting across software engineering, product, Dev Ops, data, or infrastructure is a big plus
