Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of two years of experience in front-end and back-end web development
- Strong understanding of server-side languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Word Press, Drupal, Shopify)
- Familiarity with database management using SQL or No
SQL solutions - Strong knowledge of website optimization techniques, including SEO, performance, and accessibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Responsibilities:
- Develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that align with business goals and user needs
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO to improve user experience and search engine rankings
- Implement and maintain web standards, including WCAG for accessibility and responsive design principles
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through clean, efficient code
- Manage website hosting, domain configurations, and security protocols
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance website functionality and user experience
- Regularly monitor and analyze website performance, providing reports and actionable insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development
- Support marketing initiatives by creating landing pages, forms, and interactive elements
