Job Title: AI Risk and Compliance Analyst

Pay Range: $45 - 50 per hour

Duration: 17 months

Work Setting: Hybrid

• Collaborates with the team to ensure projects are completed timely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Provides administrative and logistical support, including meeting arrangements, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Works cross-functionally to identify opportunities to enhance audit, compliance, and operational efficiency through AI-driven process improvements and automation.
• Participates in the design, implementation, and monitoring of AI-enabled tools that strengthen audit analytics, risk detection, and compliance workflows.

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, data analytics, and automation tools, with hands‑on experience applying AI or machine learning to improve business or compliance processes.
• Performs detailed analyses to detect patterns, trends, anomalies, and schemes in transactions and relationships across multiple businesses/products.
• Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls.
• Develops and implements testing strategies and methodologies, including the integration of AI and data analytics in audit and compliance review processes.
• Reviews and analyzes findings to determine levels of risk and recommends enhancements using technology and automation.
• Drafts corrective action plans and assists in managing change to prevent or mitigate risk.
• Acts as a liaison with multiple functional groups and departments to ensure remediation aligns with compliance, audit, and security requirements.
• Manages multiple medium and large compliance or audit projects simultaneously, communicating status, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful completion.
• Maintains a strong understanding of business operations, internal audit practices, and regulatory guidance and expectations.
• Assists in documenting internal audit processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintains and refreshes processes and documentation as needed, leveraging AI-based insights for continuous improvement.
• Participates in key initiatives and projects that impact Customer Success Compliance and internal audit innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field required.
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or relevant AI/data analytics certifications preferred.
