We're hiring a Senior Director to lead our Resource Management Office (RMO), a key strategic function responsible for global workforce planning, capacity governance, and fulfillment velocity across consulting and delivery teams. This role reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strategic planning, operational excellence, and influence across senior stakeholders in Delivery, Talent, and PMO. You'll build scalable systems and lead a team that ensures we can deliver confidently — on time, every time.
Responsibilities- Lead monthly and quarterly global resourcing forecasts and headcount alignment
- Align demand, project backlog, and talent pipeline across sectors and regions
- Drive scenario modeling, capacity planning, and fulfillment strategy
- Establish and enforce global intake, prioritization, and resourcing SLAs
- Oversee tools, data quality, and governance workflows for workforce planning
- Manage exceptions and escalations for top accounts and critical delivery programs
- Guide and mentor the Resource Management team (Managers, Analysts, Associates)
- Partner with Segment, Talent, and Delivery leaders on hiring plans and fulfillment targets
- Own executive reporting on fulfillment velocity, bench, forecast accuracy, and gaps
- 10–15+ years in resource management, delivery operations, or workforce planning within consulting or services orgs
- 5+ years of experience leading global capacity or staffing operations, with demonstrated P&L or delivery influence
- Must have experience leading a geographically dispersed Resource Management Office supporting project delivery using resources across multiple global regions
- Proven expertise in resource management software and analytics tools (e.g., Service Now RM preferred or PSA)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Excel, Tableau, CRM/HRIS systems, Service Now RM or PSA preferred)
- Strong executive presence, analytical depth, and cross‑functional leadership credibility
- Knowledge of various delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid), ITIL frameworks, and digital transformation trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, external and internal client‑focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, HR, or related field preferred
- Certifications in Project Management, Resource Management, ITIL, or Service Now are a plus.
Base salary range is $145,000 to $165,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
