We’re shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world’s biggest retail platform. We’re looking for an Amazon Advertising Strategist to manage and optimize Amazon search campaigns for clients across industries.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns across a range of clients and categories
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Analyze performance data and align strategies with business goals
• Use AI tools and delegation resources to streamline campaign execution
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in one key advertising area and contribute to internal training materials and team knowledge-sharing

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years of Amazon digital marketing experience (agency preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Ad Console, third‑party platforms, or Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

💵 Compensation Transparency

We’ve listed a broad salary range of $70,000–$90,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
