Description
EVS is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide hands‑on administration of enterprise IT systems supporting Navy training and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and secure Windows/Linux server and client systems
- Manage network services, virtualization, and cloud‑hosted environments
- Apply patches, upgrades, backups, and system hardening
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Work is not remote and will be performed on‑site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, San Diego, CA. Employment would begin upon contract award.
Requirements Experience & Education- Minimum of four (4) years of systems administration experience
- Experience supporting DoD or enterprise networks
- Active Secret clearance (minimum)
- CompTIA Security+ (Required)
- Microsoft, Red Hat, or VMware certifications (Preferred)
