The Opportunity

This opportunity places you at the center of a rapidly scaling engineering organization tackling some of the most ambitious challenges in healthcare technology. You’ll ship across the full ecosystem— Working with React, Node, Mongo

DB, browser extensions, mobile apps, and high-performance AI systems — with state-of-the-art developer-focused AI that dramatically increases your velocity and technical reach. You’ll partner closely with customers, collaborating directly with clinicians and administrators to see firsthand how your work improves care. As Clinically AI expands, engineers here gain ownership fast: from leading features to owning entire products, driving technical strategy, and mentoring the next wave of our team.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and ship new features across our full technology ecosystem — including React front-ends, Node services, mobile apps (iOS/Android), Browser extensions, and AI-driven infrastructure — owning major components from design through deployment with focus on scalability, maintainability, and exceptional user experience.

• Collaborate directly with cross-functional partners — product, design, AI/ML, and customer-facing teams — to translate real clinician needs into high-impact solutions.

• Leverage advanced developer-focused AI tools to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and improve system reliability.

• Drive innovation through internal hackathons, rapid prototyping, and staying ahead of industry trends to identify new technologies and opportunities that set industry standards.

• Lead technical decisions, contribute to architectural strategy, and help define engineering patterns as we grow the platform.

• Mentor junior engineers, elevate engineering best practices, and help build a strong, supportive engineering culture.

• (For senior candidates) Drive end-to-end ownership of key product areas and collaborate on building and scaling new teams as the company grows.

Required Qualifications

• For Mid-level: 3-5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong history of delivering production-grade systems from concept to launch.

• For Senior: 6+ years working with enterprise-grade production systems.

• Proficiency in our core stack:
  Type Script, React, Node.js, Mongo
  
  DB.

• Deep understanding of front-end engineering and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, Fetch/XHR) with expertise in browser extensions, or similar browser-integrated technologies — with an eye for performance, accessibility, and UX quality.

• Expertise designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, with strong familiarity across No

• Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to design clean, scalable architecture and anticipate technical challenges.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and product intuition — you can partner with technical and non-technical teams with ease.

• Familiarity with CI/CD (Git Hub Actions), version control best practices, and modern Dev Ops workflows.

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive work with autonomy in a fast-growing, high-velocity environment.
