Job DescriptionAs a Scrum Master, you will be working on cutting edge technology that directly supports our Navy clients. You will be a team leader with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills and a keen attention to detail while working in an Agile development environment.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to)- Establish and enforce agile delivery methodology in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to include, but not limited to, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Manage scrum boards to ensure everything is up to date and hold team members responsible for keeping it updated.
- Keep stories on track – ensure that stories are properly decomposed into manageable tasks, impediments are voiced timely, team members are not taking abnormal time (given the story points) for any given story.
- Responsible for creation, maintenance, and adherence of a project plan and project progression reporting.
- Responsible for both internal and external management of project timelines and assist in the creation, evaluation and prioritization of development stories, epics, and sprints.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure an understanding of items to be moved in each sprint to expedite the approval process and remove roadblocks from the development team.
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in an Agile DoD environment.
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master on an Agile Scrum team or leading diversified software development teams.
- Experience in Software Development, Integration, or other IT related projects.
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or have 5+ years of experience supporting IT/IS systems in a DoD environment.
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).

Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 based on years of experience and desired qualifications
