A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for an experienced User Study Researche
r to join their team!

• Plan, execute and track large scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development.
• Track and report on progress, blockers and key deliverables to Data Operations Team.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure and Operations teams on requirements for data collections.
• Create and maintain documentation for HW/SW platform setup and protocol for vendor training and deployment.
• Support Data Operations team with equipment set up and inventory tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar.
• 3+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields/roles:
  Operations (i.e. data, product, lab, R&D, etc.), Test/Quality/Support Engineering or Technical Program Management.
• Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease.

Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months with extension

Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA or San Diego, CA (100% on site)

Pay range: $47.00 - $62.00 (DOE)
