Overview:

Required Skills:- Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and managing Windows operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise‑level software solutions
- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies
Skills:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, RIMAS, Egnyte, and IP Camera/NVR systems
Education and Experience:
- A degree in IT or a related field is preferred, along with substantial experience in technical support or IT roles.
- Ability to effectively manage user accounts and permissions
- Experience with logging and tracking technical issues in an internal ticketing system
- Strong communication skills to troubleshoot effectively across various channels
