***** Master Complex Problem-Solving:
Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and research into Trimble’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to resolve high-impact hardware and software issues.
* Drive Product

Innovation: Identify and report software bugs and usability trends, directly influencing the quality and capabilities of future product releases.
* Deliver Exceptional Experiences:
Provide high-level technical support via phone, email, and chat, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions for a diverse global audience.
* Collaborate Globally:
Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to maintain visibility on critical ongoing issues.###
**** Essential Skills & Experience****
* **** Proven Technical Aptitude:
**** Demonstrated success in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex systems across multiple operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Android.
* **** Database & Scripting Knowledge:
**** Hands-on experience using and troubleshooting SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting languages.
* **** Adaptive Communication:
**** Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Education:

**** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
**** Bonus Points For:
***** Experience writing bug tickets in Jira and understanding of Web Services and APIs (REST & SOAP).
* Familiarity with modern programming frameworks like Android, Angular, or React.
* Prior operations experience within the transportation or logistics industry.###
