Role

Summary:

This team is responsible for supporting the apache tomcat web server environment and will have no development. This is Tier II/III administration. The client is open to a variety of years of experience as long as they have the web server background. Although apache tomcat would be phenomenal, a different web server along with Red Hat or CentOS could work potentially as well.

Someone with an enterprise ecommerce environment background would be great!

Required Skills:

• 4 years supporting enterprise scale production web server environments
• Experience with Apache 2.x
• Experience with Tomcat 6.x or 7.x
• Some scripting skills are required (shell, perl, python)
• Written and verbal communication skills – ability to work in AGILE environments across cross-functional teams
  • F5 Load Balancer administration and configuration
  • Tuning systems for optimal performance
