We are looking for an IT professional to assist with hardware configuration, network configuration and management, re-deployment, and security auditing. • Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and VPN at each site office.
• Administer storage systems (Net App) for data management, backup, and performance optimization.
• Manage Windows Server and Active Directory environment for user and system operations.
• Maintain VMware virtualization platform including VM deployment, monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Provide IT support for end users, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system access.
• Maintain and support Linux server environments (RHEL / CentOS / Rocky Linux), including system installation, patching, monitoring, user access control, and general administration.
• Support Linux-based R&D environments, including remote access (SSH, Exceed / Exceed Turbo
  
  X), compute resources, LSF batch scheduling servers, and simulation-related tasks.
• Oversee datacenter operations, including server infrastructure, network systems, storage, power, and cooling to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Net App storage, VMware virtualization, and Windows Server environments.
• Basic experience in networking (Cisco devices preferred) and understanding of computing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
