Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead Agile/Scrum teams for R&D projects.

- 4+ years of experience in project management within global companies, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on complex programs.
- Strong project management and Agile/Scrum expertise.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops.
- Strategic thinking, process improvement, and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred but not required).
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred.
- Healthcare or medical device/technology industry experience preferred.
