Secret level clearance at time of award.

• Must have mid-level experience in naval operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.
• Must have experience operating a Navy tactical training type of military system such as BFTT, JSAF/MARCI System, and Tactical Voice/Data Communications.

• Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Initiative-taker requiring minimal supervision.
• Works well in a team environment.
• 15 years or greater of experience in the U.S. military preferred (U.S. Navy at E6 level or above). 10 years experience in Operations or Logistics acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or a business discipline required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Outlook) required.

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including bending, reaching, kneeling. May include lifting up to 30 pounds.
