Windows 11 Deployment Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands‑on Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including:
• Backing up and restoring user data
• Installing and configuring Windows 11
• Reinstalling applications and ensuring compatibility
• Validating successful migration and user acceptance
• Maintain accurate documentation of each migration, including asset tracking and ticket updates
• Provide deskside support for post‑migration issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Collaborate with IT teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with IT security and privacy policies

• Impactful Work: Support user base by ensuring their technology is up-to-date and reliable
• Team Environment: Be part of a dedicated team supporting sites in San Diego, CA

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in San Diego, CA.
