Position: Training Developer with Security Clearance
Salary statement estimated starting salary range: usd $76,350.00/yr.

* analyzing and determining technical training needs, procedures, and programs for selected groups
* ensuring consistent application of training standards
* planing, evaluating, organizing, and developing training curricula, and materials to meet specific training needs, in the enhancement of existing programs
* facilitating training during introduction of new courses
* researching outside training resources
* maintaining record of training activities and participant progress, assisting in the monitoring of the effectiveness of the programs
* staying abreast of new training methods and may determine relevancy to the current training curricula
* providing instruction and guidance to trainers filling this position is contingent upon funding #li-am1 requirements
* active ts/sci eligible clearance
* training certification: navy master training specialist (mts) or equivalent desired skills
* practical knowledge of dod and navy guidance documents used in the development of curriculum, e.g.
