System Administrator

Description

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint management platform, and core infrastructure services. This role will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra  (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related security controls. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong networking foundation with experience managing firewalls, VPNs, network troubleshooting, and security best practices.

This position requires a proactive technical professional who can support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, implement security improvements, and contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

+ Administer Microsoft 365, Entra , and Intune environments.

+ Manage identity, access, endpoint security, and device compliance.

+ Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related M365 services.

+ Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network connectivity.

+ Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure.

+ Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell.

+ Monitor system health, security, and performance.

+ Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and participate in infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ 3+ years of Systems Administration experience

+ Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments

+ Hands-on administration experience with Entra  (Azure AD)

+ Experience managing Microsoft Intune and endpoint security

+ Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint administration

+ Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments

+ Solid understanding of:
Networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN technologies, Firewall administration

+

Experience with Power Shell scripting and automation

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
