- Load and maintain customer list data on a recurring cadence, using data transformation tools to cleanse and prepare it
- Identify and escape data inconsistencies, recommend solutions, and follow issues through to resolution
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear Jira tickets for the development team
- Test new fields and CRM updates across DEV, UAT, and PROD, and maintain up-to-date documentation of data mappings and processes

- SQL and database knowledge, including querying, joining tables, and understanding schemas
- Experience with data transformation tools
- Experience gathering requirements and working with a development team
- QA testing and data quality experience
- Strong documentation skills
- Familiarity with agile methodology and Jira
- Experience working in an audited environment
- Ideally 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- CRM experience strongly preferred
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $36.00 to $36.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
